2. Data we process and why
- Identity and contact (name, e-mail, phone, address): to create your account, take and deliver your order, issue invoices and respond to you.
- Order and payment records: to fulfil the contract and meet legal obligations. Card details are entered on the payment provider's (iyzico) page and are not stored by us.
- Messages sent through the contact form: to answer your enquiry.
- Technical data (IP address, security logs): to protect the site against abuse and fraud.
3. Legal basis
Performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests (security) and, where required, your consent, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
4. Sharing
Data is shared only as needed with the payment provider (iyzico), carriers, accountants/authorities where legally required, and hosting providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie (login, cart, security) and a language preference cookie. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for the periods required by law (generally up to 10 years); other data is kept as long as needed for the purpose or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your contact details are used to inform you about your orders. We send promotional messages only if you have given consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Your IP address is recorded to detect and prevent abuse, to solve technical problems and for statistical and security purposes.
10. Card and payment security
Card details are entered only on the secure payment page of iyzico, a licensed payment institution, over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection. We never see or store your full card number. The whole site is served over HTTPS.
11. Links to other sites
Our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
12. Exceptional disclosures
We may disclose personal data to public authorities when required by law, a court or an authorised institution, to protect our rights, or to protect the safety of our users and the site.
13. E-mail security
We do not ask for your passwords, card numbers or similar sensitive data by e-mail. Be cautious of messages that do, and report them to us.
